Technical for OBS-C

This Section includes the furnishing, testing, and application of systems for the removal of surface & sub-surface oil and hydrocarbon contamination in existing concrete slabs where a moisture vapor transmission barrier or other resilient or epoxy floor coating system is to be installed.

For a period of ten (10) years, AC•Tech will warrant for performance the oil removal and subsequent sealing of the substrate as shown in the AC•Tech product data sheets and printed literature, provided that all the recommended floor preparation, mixing, application instructions, and any other technical information stipulated in AC•Tech literature are strictly followed.

Very Dense Epoxy Concrete Sealer mitigates oil, chemicals, sugar, grease, and other organic bond breakers in preparation for commercial flooring systems.
